Safety Policy
- STELMA T.S.A. is committed to implementing works in compliance with international legislation on Safety & Hygiene issues for its employees and to proceeding with all actions required for the unhindered operation of all parties involved in the projects where it participates.
The safety policy of the Company rests on the following principles:
• On every project the Company shall collaborate with all bodies involved in the project for issues relating to Safety and Hygiene (Personnel, Client, Designers, Sub-Contractors and all participating Authorities).
• Provision of adequate financial means for the full implementation of the corporate Safety and Hygiene policy.
• The Company shall ensure that all of its staff have the capacity to perform the duties assigned to them and shall provide all necessary information, instructions and guidelines, supervision and professional training.
• The Company actively encourages its employees to participate in Safety and Hygiene fermentations.
• The Safety and Hygiene policy shall be closely monitored and shall be regularly revised based on the needs and the scope of the activities of the Company.
